Known by many wholistic health practitioners as “Nature’s Panacea”, wheatgrass has be shown to aid in restoring harmony and balance to the temple in many different ways. Full of nutrients and antioxidants, many studies have suggested it may help fight cancer cells, regulate blood sugar, reduce cholestrerol, soothe inflammation with its chlorophyll - the list goes on and on. The most common way of consuming wheatgrass is via cold-press or otherwise juicing. Depending on your blender, you may also have success adding wheatgrass to your smoothies.
