Eggs
Eggs - Farm FreshGrower: Double B Farm
Price: $6.00 ( 1 dozen )Available (Estimated): -30
We use a 100% NON-GMO soy free feed! From our cage free, hand fed, loved birds, to your plate. Some lay brown, white, blue, green, even pink and some lay smaller eggs so size and color will vary.
Farmers fried egg sandwich.
one small shiitake mushroom, that is to or the dirty and scruffy to sell
2 cracked eggs, any size, you cracked them so eat them
anything else that is good enough to eat but not to sell,
I use onions, peppers, any kind of greens, but it is what I have left
from weekly sales, not the good stuff
1 slice of cheese, any kind you like (spicy mexican is great)
2 pieces of bread, anything will do. I like wheat pita pockets or
whole wheat but that nasty white stuff works too.
In a small skillet, i use one with a small gas stove top so I can make
this any time anywhere, add some butter. When the butter is hot I add
my shiitake mushroom(cut into small pieces) and what ever else I can
find to the pan and allow to sizzle for about 4 minuets or so(never
timed it but it just looks right).
Then I add the "cracked eggs". Beeing careful since I am the farmer
who broke the eggs, but also did not wash said eggs.
If you have a toaster, use it on the bread, if you do not, watch your eggs cook.
When it is time, flip the eggs. At home I like them when the yolk
runs, but when I do not have a plate I cook till done.
Join the eggs, cheese and bread and enjoy.
At home I make a Bagel Egg and Cheese, runny for the kids.
They love them.
Thanks,
Brady
