With any luck we will have some nice green onions and green garlic soon. The baby kale and lettuce looked good before this latest cold snap. Hopefully the will hold up.

Hello, I hope this finds you all doing well. The market is open and ready for orders. We got lots of great veggies, pork, mushroom and eggs for the week so order up. Sweet potatoes are 1.00 per lb.
We are closed for the next two weeks for Christmas and New Years.

Hello, I hope this finds you all doing well. The market is open and ready for orders.
We will be open next week as well but closed the following two for Christmas and New Years. We will reopen for our regularly scheduled market on January 8.

We have lots of goodies for you to enjoy. I will be picking up our pigs from the processor this week so order up. We should have lots of everything including bacon, sausage, chops and more. It would be a great time to order up a Christmas hog share for friends and family.

Hello, I hope this finds you all doing well! I sure hope everyone had a great thanksgiving. We sure did. The turkey was outstanding. I have lunch for a week. We even made turkey soup.

This week we should have more eggs. With plenty of clear skies this last week my little hens have been basking it us. Hopefully they are all on the mend from the molt. They will be moving in to a brand new house this week. I have been working on one for them. Should be ready Tuesday or Wednesday.

We have a load of pigs ready for the market. I will be delivering some tomorrow morning so order up. What a great gift for the family, a full freezer. We have hog shares from 1/4 pig, 1/2 pig to the whole anchilata! You get some of severe part of the pig. Yum yum.

We are also seeing some great garden goodies.

Closed for Thanksgiving and turkey pick up.

Hello, I hope this finds you all doing well. This is just a friendly reminder that we are close for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will back in action next week.

On the turkey front, the plucker went down Saturday and we were not able to process yesterday. We had changed the schedule to this morning. When I woke up I was greeted with the joy of a sick child and a newly scheduled dr visit. Needless to say the birds are still walking.
My buddy Daniel is going to try and do the dirty deed today. I will let y’all know when they are ready for pick up. Hopefully tomorrow if not Wednesday at Copy Central.

Hey folks 2 quick updates.
Doug has stocked the freezer. We have 5lb portions and 3 lb (2 filet per order). So order up.

The turkeys will be available for pick up on Monday of next week. We are going to process Sunday. They will be iced down, not frozen.

We will be closed the week of Thanksgiving so order your sweetpotatoes and winter squash early. We should also have a load of fresh picked tasty green the Friday before. The good thing is they keep beautifully.
