I hope this finds you all doing well. The market is open and ready for orders. It’s time to reserve your next hog share. We are taking 7 more next Monday so order up. We will have them ready for delivery in 2 weeks with bacon in 3.
The produce is starting to come along. We should see some great looking produce in the next week or so.

I am going to be listing CSA shares and turkey reservations in the next two weeks.

I hope this finds you all doing well. The market is open and ready for orders. We have lots of great stuff to choose from. This week we are taking hogs to the processors. If interested in a fresh processed half order up from double b farm. We are also offering a 10% discount on any 5 pork items ordered from a Double B Farm this week to be deducted at payment. Order 5 packs of chops or 5 sausage or a combination or sausage, chops and roast. All uur heritage hog cuts are great, any way you cook them. We also have a few veggies to choose from.

I hope this finds you all doing well. The market is open and ready for orders. March is just around the corner. It potato planting time. My sons an I will drop some 400-500 lbs in the ground in the next week or so. With any lick we will have a bountiful harvest in late spring. It’s also time for most other spring planting items, beets, carrots, collards, kale, radishes and more. I expect transplant by mid march with tomatoes and peppers to follow. It’s exciting to be a farmer this time of year. We have so much potential. I just hope we can keep up.

The market had lots of great things listed for this week. Plenty o pork along with a plethora of garden goodies. Order up and please share us with a friend.

David and Shalley Carrell from Carrell Farm have listed some alpaca. The alpaca meat is a lean red meat that is outstanding. Double B Farm added a few new pork sampler packs to the list.
