Hello everyone, I hope this finds you all doing well. A I send this I am spinning honey for the first time in two years. My last harvest was in July 2012. After a long recovery from my accident I feel like I am making a bit of progress. I still have quite a ways to go. I am just grateful to be able to do as much as I am.

Order up, we have fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables, eggs, pork and honey.

The market is open till 8pm on Wednesday.

I hope this finds you all doing well. Our market will be closed of Friday July 4. We will be celebrating with our family. I hope you are able to do the same.

If you are interested we have a few 50 lb half hogs available for BBQing on Friday. If you have any other needs this week let me know an we may be able to help.

The market is open and ready for orders. We have lots of vegetables listed. Taylorganic has loads of squash and beans to go along with the last of the cabbage and other greens. Grant Wallace has a nice load of items listed also.

You can order your family a wonder 1/2 hog or 1/4 hog share. You will get a great selection of cuts and fantastic sausage.

Please remember to have your orders placed by 8pm on Wednesday. We will see you in Friday between 5-7 at Copy Centrl to pick up your orders.

I hope this finds you all doing well. The bacon is in. For all you who order hog share, the bacon portion is ready. For those who didn’t we have some listed but as usual it is in limited supply.

Taylorganic is back with his extensive list of produce and other r products listed. Grant Wallace also has a nice selection available. This time of year is great. We have the best of all seasons, almost all seasons we still need a few warm season crops but we have a nice offering.

I hope this find you all doing well. You may notice a dip in the product availability this week. Taylorganic is going to see his daughter graduate and will not be back in time to deliver. However between Grant Wallace and I we have over 25 vegetables available. We will be digging our first of the season potatoes. We hope to dig all three types; Pontiac reds, Yukon golds and Kenebecs.
We checked last Friday and they are looking great. We also have a fantastic selection of pork available along with a few hogs shares.

Yes, the market is open. Sorry for the delay. We had an exciting graduation party for my two sons yesterday. We had a nice pig roast, with lots of fresh veggies and a huge cake.
We were able to get our pigs to the processor last week and get them picked back up. So we have lots and lots of fresh pork. We have everything from ground pork, hot and mild sausage, ribs, thick and thin sliced ham, shoulder roast and more. The bacon takes an additional 10 days so look for that later.
With the temps rising we will see the greens start to drop off so order up.

Memorial Day Special

Hello everyone,
We will have a few 1/2 hogs available for Memorial Day. Theses not so little piggies all dressed out over 100lbs. The have been cut in half and the head removed. We can offer these up for delivery on Friday at the market. They are fresh not frozen. I will be brining 2 this weekend.
They will be 140.00 each and weigh 40+ lbs. the heads are available for 25.00 each. If you would like one please reply to this email and we will put you on the list.
