I hope this finds you all doing well.
If finds me with a bit less pain. I can stand, some and put a little weight on my leg. I am still very shaky. I hope to be at the market Friday but we will see.
The market looks good this week. We have a nice selection of greens, lettuces, green onions, radishes, collards, kale chard and more.
The duck eggs are also ready to fluff up your baked goods.
If you are considering a heritage hog don’t delay. They will not last long.
Remember you have at least 21 meals to plan for this week, 28+ if you include your snacks. We hope some of your selections come from our efforts. We enjoy being your farmers.
