We have brown eggs from our backyard chickens.I have 5 children (ages 3-17) who help feed and care for them. They produce so many eggs that we cannot eat all of them. They are fed only feed, grass, scratch feed, or cracked corn and a few bugs. We have received our new batch of baby chicks and the kids are all excited. We will start selling eggs soon, We are just getting the first eggs from our new layers and the eggs are still small.
We have also added TURKEYS to our stock of birds… We have about 15 and we will be selling them later on in the year for Thanksgiving. We are looking forward to a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner this year.
